Team
Although much of my work is undertaken as a sole consultant I often work with trusted peers and associates, where projects and clients would benefit from this. I draw on my extensive network of contacts and relationships across the sector to curate the team most suited to the particular brief and client need. Roles and responsibilities across the team are clearly explained and agreed with clients. Team members may bring specific knowledge, skills and experience in complementary areas (for example in finance, HR or fundraising) or additional capacity to my own areas of experience e.g. strategy, volunteering, research and people and organisational development.
